These terms govern your use of this website, run by MITHLAK from Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. By using the website you agree to them. Any project is governed by its own written agreement, not by this page.

What the website is for

The website gives general information about MITHLAK's services, work and process, and a way to send a project enquiry. It is not legal, financial, medical, security or other professional advice.

Sending an enquiry or receiving a reply does not by itself create a contract, accept a project, confirm a price or a date, or transfer any rights. A project starts only once an agreement, a scope and the agreed start conditions are in place.

Service descriptions

Service pages summarise what is possible. The actual scope, timeline, responsibilities, costs, support and ownership are set in the proposal and agreement for each project. We may decline requests that are outside our capability, unsafe, unlawful or not clearly defined.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently.
  • Try to gain unauthorised access or interfere with its security or availability.
  • Send malware, harmful code, or automated abuse.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation, or submit information you are not authorised to share.
  • Send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health records or other highly sensitive data through the form.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and for having permission to share information about an organisation or another person.

Intellectual property

The MITHLAK name, logo, website text, layouts, illustrations and demonstrations belong to MITHLAK or are used with permission. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, sell, adapt or republish its material without written permission. Ownership of client project work is set by that project's agreement.

Other services and links

The website links to other services, such as WhatsApp and Instagram. They are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

No warranty

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as available. As far as the law allows, we do not guarantee that every page is complete or error-free, that the website is always available, or that a project idea is viable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, MITHLAK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of the public website or reliance on its general content. Liability for project work is set by that project's agreement.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy; the Cookie Policy covers cookies.

Changes

We may change the website or these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top changes too.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
