WORKFLOW AUTOMATION

Connect the repeated steps. Keep the important decisions visible.

We map practical workflows across forms, email, files, databases, tasks, websites, and web applications — then automate the stable steps without hiding approvals, exceptions, or errors.

THE PROBLEM

Repetition is expensive when information must be moved by hand.

The visible task may take only a minute, but it happens across every lead, client, file, approval, and follow-up. Manual copying also creates silent errors: missing fields, outdated versions, forgotten tasks, and no clear record of what happened.

  • Leads remain inside DMs or advertising platforms.
  • Form data is copied into sheets and email.
  • Folders and tasks are created manually.
  • Follow-ups depend on memory.
  • Reports are assembled from several sources.
  • The same information is entered more than once.
  • No one can see where a request stopped.

  • Conditions and branches
  • Permissions
  • Human checkpoints
  • Logging and alerts
  • Recovery behavior

Implementation & handover

  • n8n or suitable platform
  • Website / app connection
  • Database or CRM connection
  • Email and notifications
  • Workflow documentation
  • Credentials and ownership map
  • Team training and initial support

PROCESS

Map, simplify, define, build, monitor.

  1. 01

    Map what happens now

We document the real process, including unofficial shortcuts and manual corrections.

  2. 02

    Remove unnecessary steps

Automating a weak process makes the weakness move faster. We simplify before connecting tools.

  3. 03

    Define data & decisions

We identify what moves automatically, what needs validation, what requires approval, and what should stop the workflow.

  4. 04

    Build and test

We implement the stable path and test duplicates, missing information, tool failure, retries, and exceptions.

  5. 05

    Monitor and improve

We document ownership, logs, alerts, and the process for updating the workflow when tools or rules change.

SHOWCASE

One lead. No repeated copying.

The value is not the number of nodes. It is a reliable handoff, cleaner information, visible errors, and fewer forgotten next steps.

Before

  • Lead completes a form.
  • Employee copies the details.
  • Sheet is updated.
  • Confirmation email is written.
  • Folder is created.
  • Task is assigned.
  • Follow-up is remembered later.

After

  • Form is validated.
  • Lead is stored securely.
  • Confirmation is sent.
  • Responsible person is notified.
  • Task and follow-up are created.
  • Human reviews the opportunity.

SCOPE & BOUNDARIES

Not offered at launch — and what every proposal identifies.

Not offered at launch:

  • Enterprise-wide automation programmes
  • Banking or critical financial transaction automation
  • Life-critical or healthcare decision automation
  • Unsupported scraping or account impersonation
  • Bypassing platform security or terms
  • Legacy integration without stable access or documentation
  • Guaranteed operation when third-party platforms are unavailable
  • Workflows no responsible owner can explain or approve

Every proposal identifies:

  • Third-party tools and fees
  • Ownership
  • API limitations
  • Human approvals
  • Data sensitivity
  • Logging
  • Failure behavior
  • Support period

QUESTIONS

Common questions.

Do you work only with n8n?

No. n8n is a useful option within our current capability, but the choice depends on the tools, hosting, security, maintainability, and complexity of the workflow.

Can automation send WhatsApp messages?

Only through an approved and properly configured integration, subject to the platform's rules, permissions, templates, and fees. We do not use unstable unofficial methods.

What if one connected tool fails?

Failure handling is part of the design. Depending on scope, the workflow may retry, stop, log the error, alert a person, or move the item to a review queue.

Can AI be included in the workflow?

Yes when it has a useful role such as summarizing, classifying, drafting, or extracting structured data. AI output is treated as uncertain and reviewed according to risk.
